What the rules of this marketplace actually are, as enforced by the software.
This is not a legal agreement
The sections below describe how the software behaves. They have not been reviewed by a lawyer and do not create obligations. A binding Terms of Service — with a named legal entity, a governing law, a liability framework and a working legal contact — has to be written and approved before launch.

What the code actually enforces
Who can list an item
Anyone signed in. There is no student, campus or enrolment check — this marketplace has no student data and makes no student-verification claim. To publish, a seller must have a Whop connected account with identity verification approved and payouts connected. Until both are done, their listings stay private drafts on their own account.
Who can buy
Anyone can browse the catalog without an account. To buy you sign in, and the payment is taken and held by Whop, never by this site. A listing belongs to the seller's own Whop account, so the order, the seller and the item stay linked in Whop's records.
What the badges mean
The check mark on a seller means identity verification approved and payouts connected. It does not mean the seller is a student, and it is not an endorsement of any listing. No rating, review or reputation score is collected or displayed anywhere in this marketplace.
What is prohibited
Counterfeit goods, harassment, fraudulent listings, manipulated pricing, and anything unlawful. This site does not currently operate a moderation or reporting queue, so enforcement is limited to removing a listing: a seller's listings are suspended automatically if their verification or payout status is revoked, and can otherwise be unpublished by the seller.
Where the money goes
Listing an item is free and no commission is taken by TUQO Market. The buyer pays the listed price, Whop deducts its own payment processing fee, and the remainder is paid out to the seller's connected account. Refunds and disputes are handled by Whop, not by this site.
Payments and account access
Checkout, payment processing, refunds and login credentials are provided by Whop and are covered by Whop's own terms. Use the email you signed up with to reach them.
