How do I create an account?

Tap Log in or Sign up in the header. That starts a Whop OAuth flow, and you come back to your account page with your orders, saved items and listings in one place. We request openid, profile, email and payment:basic:read — nothing broader.

How do I list an item for sale?

Go to Sell, sign in, and fill in the title, category, condition, size and price. The form saves a private draft first and publishes it only once your seller account is ready. You can publish and unpublish from your account page at any time.

Why can I not publish my listing yet?

A listing only goes live once your seller account has passed identity verification and has payouts connected. Until both are done the listing is saved as a draft on your own account and is not visible to anyone else.

What does the verified badge on a seller mean?

It means that seller completed identity verification and connected payouts. It is not a student-email check — this marketplace has no campus or student-email data and does not claim to verify anyone as a student.

How does buying work?

Open a listing to see the real price, condition, size, images and seller. Pressing Buy hands off to Whop checkout, which handles the payment and the payout to the seller's connected account. The order then appears in your account.

Can I save items without an account?

Yes. The bookmark button on any listing stores that listing id in your own browser. Saved items are local to that browser, they are not synced to an account, and clearing site data removes them.

How do I search and filter?

The search bar filters by free text, category, listing type and price; the bar under the catalog adds hide-sold and sort. Every filter lives in the URL, so you can bookmark a search, share it, or use the back button and it all still works.

What is 'listing type' — one-time or recurring?

It maps to the real price cadence on the listing: a one-time price, or a recurring price with a billing period. It is not a category. Campus filtering is not available because listings are not tied to a campus in this marketplace.

Can I contact a seller?

Seller names link to that seller's page, which lists everything they currently have on the market. There is no in-app messaging system, so there is no way to start a conversation with a seller from here.

Can I leave a review or a rating?

No. There is no review or rating system in this marketplace, so no review is collected or displayed anywhere. The only seller figure shown is the real completed-member count reported by the listing's own plan.

Who handles payments, refunds and disputes?

Whop. Checkout, payment processing, refunds and account credentials all live in Whop, so a payment or login problem is raised with Whop using the email you signed up with. See the Safety and Returns pages for how that works.

What happens to my data?

Sign-in stores OAuth tokens in an httpOnly cookie. We store your Whop user id, email, name, username, avatar and seller readiness in our database, plus the listings you create. Saved items never leave your browser. The Privacy and Cookies pages have the detail.

How do I become a seller?

Sign in with Whop, then go to Sell. You'll be guided through setting up a seller account, completing identity verification, and connecting payouts — all through Whop. Once verified, you can publish listings to the marketplace.

How do payouts work?

When a buyer purchases your listing, Whop processes the payment and sends the payout to your connected account. TUQO Market never handles money directly — Whop deducts its own payment processing fee and remits the remainder to you.

How do I edit a listing?

Go to your account page and open the My listings tab. Find the listing you want to edit and make your changes. Note that editing a published listing may require re-publishing.

Why is my listing not visible?

A listing is only visible when: (1) it has been published, (2) the seller's identity verification is approved, and (3) payouts are connected. Check your seller status on the Sell page to see which step is pending.

How do I save an item?

Tap the bookmark icon on any listing card or product page. The item is saved to your browser's local storage and appears in the Saved tab of your account. You do not need an account to save items.

How do I contact support?

Use the contact form on this page. Choose a category, describe your issue, and we'll get back to you. For payments, refunds, or account access issues, contact Whop directly using the email you signed up with.

Why can't I complete checkout?

Checkout requires: (1) a published listing, (2) payments enabled for the marketplace, and (3) a valid payment method. If checkout is disabled, the listing may be sold out or payments may not be enabled yet.

What happens if verification is pending?

Your listings remain as private drafts while verification is processed. Once Whop approves your identity and payouts are connected, you can publish your listings to the marketplace.
